By creating an account or using Tend Home Management (“Tend”, “the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tend is a home management tool that helps you track bills, maintenance tasks, and home records. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practical.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@tendhomemanagement.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Tend offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.
You own the content you create in Tend (tasks, notes, photos, etc.). By using the Service, you grant Tend a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content for advertising or share it with third parties beyond the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Tend is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or property-management advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tend's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
