Tend Home Management (“Tend”, “we”, “our”) operates the Tend web application at tendhomemanagement.com. We help renters and homeowners track bills, maintenance tasks, and home records. You can reach us at hello@tendhomemanagement.com.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Tend uses the following sub-processors to deliver the service:
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can export all your data or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. Deleting your account removes all home data, tasks, bills, and files. Stripe subscription records are cancelled at the time of deletion.
Tend uses cookies to maintain your authenticated session (via Supabase). We also use browser local storage for theme preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@tendhomemanagement.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Tend after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
